Play it Again
CF Liver Chestnut Filly

Our lovely Sam
is the sixth fabulous foal from her dam. We had to laugh this year as
we defied the odds with another chestnut horse from this cross. Sam,
however, felt the joke should be on us and is now shedding out a more
of a liver chestnut. Now that she's one it's more of a dark orange but
who knows where that color will wind up???

Gawky yearling picture but we still love the neck on this one! (above)
This stunning filly has excellent conformation with a fabulous neck
and topline. She is a wonderful mover with tons of push from behind.

Sam is eligible for nomination with IJF/IDF and it will probably be
a tough decision as to whether to take her the dressage or jumper route...we
expect her to be super at both!
She is a full time pocket pony that constantly follows us around the
pasture for attention. She has good sized bone and decent height for
being from a smaller mare. We expect this one to finish close to or
just over 16hh with the fabulous impulsion, excellent jumping ability,
and super mind that this cross has been known for.

Ok...so this picture
is so weird we just had to put it on the site. Believe it or not this
is not a doctored photo at all...it is just a still captured from our
video camera. We just couldn't believe how high both these girls were
off the ground and how funny the background effect came out on this!
All in all this
filly is just a superstar with excellent type, super movement and great
conformation. She is put together so well she can't help but be engaged
when she moves and looks like she will have no trouble with both collected
and extended work later on in her career.

Photo at two months-definitely a shade of liver chestnut!
Sam would be a
super choice for anyone looking for a fun future partner that should
be competitive in many different disciplines.
